Inflate balloon leaving about 3 inches.
Twist a 3 to 4 inch bubble then a 2 to 3 inch bubble and locktwist them.
This gives a curved beak effect.
Two 1 inch bubbles locktwisted together followed by a 4 inch bubble or big enough to go over the eyes creating a hood effect and finishing the head.
A small bubble for the neck and then three 4 inch(ish) bubbles make up the body using a bird body roll through method
two more 1 inch bubbles lock twisted make up the feet and the rest is the tail.
Draw on some mean eyes and put feathers on as you feel.
