I have heard this before.  I'm sorry, but it is REALLY an extension of belief that discussing prices is price fixing.  Yes, I believe in Big Foot and the boogie man too.  Come on, what I charge in Cincinnati OH would never fly in New York City.  People would think if I'm that cheap I can't be any good.  Same is true if you are in Keokuk IA, people would look at my price and scream because it is so high.

Yea I agree that talking price is confusing, but it really can't be criminal can it.
