Inflate leaving a 6" uninflated. Twist a 2" bubble and then a bird body using 3" bubbles
(Pic 1)

Next twist two 1" bubbles that will become the heads
(pic 2)

Finally twist another bird body using 3" bubbles and another 2" bubble for the tail. To hold it in place twist the two tail bubbles together and the model is complete.
