One balloon seagull

Inflate a balloon leaving a 1" tip. Then twist a 1" bubble for the head.

Next twist a 6" bubble for the body and twist this into the head twist
(Pic 2)

Finally take the big loop you have left, find the centre point and break it in half. Tie a knot in the end of each half and they become the wings.
