The Ultimate Balloon Book

I just got this book through a market place seller on Amazon. The reviews weren't that great but I thought it might be worth the little I paid. Sad to say the title of the book is somewhat misleading. I think it should be renamed, 'The Ultimate BEGINNERS balloon book' as it is pretty good at getting the basics set out and the photos and diagrams are mostly pretty good. There are one or two balloons in there that I will learn as they are ones I know I should have perfected ages ago but never got around to. One is the one balloon motorbike, another is a giant spider web to go with the giant spider I learnt from Captain Visual. The games are pretty good too, though there are only three of them. The hats I found rather disappointing but there is a design for a hair clip using a 260 and a bee body that I will try as it looks like a fun item for wee girls. The dragon is very nice and features on the cover and it might be quicker to do than David's (3ring) dragon hat. Overall a nice first book for someone thinking of taking up the hobby and maybe one to browse at the library for a few new ideas but not really a patch on the likes of Captain Visual's Big Book of Balloon Art which I would describe as much more of an ultimate balloonist's book.
