Yay.  It's been 1 year since I smoked my last cigarette.  I fully endorse the patch as it was the only time I ever tried quitting and I was successful.  I also think blowing up balloons has given me a reason to stick to just in case I couldn't find enough other reasons like breathing easier and having extra cash and not stinking and my car not stinking and my house not stinking and so on and so forth.
