Hello Balloon Twisting Family! I have Don Caldwell's Halloween DVD and I have finally got the gumption to try his Halloween Masks! Well, there are 4 Halloween Monster Masks on the DVD. I made them all, and then my family helped me model them! Well, then, I was thinking about what other Halloween Monsters there were.... and then my husband said; Dracula (Vampire).... so, I had a challenge..... This is my VERY first ORIGINAL Design, and I think it's pretty cool! What do you guys think?

Very Kwel! I LIKE it! isn't this FUN!??!!!?! I was at a program tonight and for an hour and a half, I don't think I made TWO of anything except a bunch of swords (the second balloon for a bunch of boys!) and maybe a couple each of dogs and monkeys in trees. I made stuff up, I did strange things, People asked me for something different and I made it! I got requests for Mickey Mouse ( I did a "reasonable" black and white mouse) and a Helicopter, and some others. Talk about fun. I had to get stern with a couple of boys who insisted on wrestling and fighting around my feet, but mostly it was great!

Great job! I just started learning some on this DVD... it is "Things that go Pop in the Night" I'm fond of the little ghost and spider on there... very quick and fun.

Yes, the halloween one is Things that go pop in the night. The Mad hats and wild wearables 1 has some really cool things. I make the Ladybug all the time, but Modified it. If you look at my Face Book page and look for the pictures, you will see two little girls sporting my ladybug "bling" All I did was modify it by adding eyes made from a 5 inch round, change the antenna to a 160 with a bubble at each end and I use a Red Link O Loon for the body! THAT makes it look REALLY good. and you would NOT BELIEVE HOW PEOPLE LOVE THIS THING! It is something that gets Squeals from ADULT women!
By the way, thinking of "original designs" Last night some one asked for a "Football" So I made a 4 or 5 bubble roll through with a Mocha 260 and did a string of bubbles for the laces.....THEN madness took over. It looked like a face, so I added eyes (5 inch white round) and a body (Hitchhiker body) and gave it to the girl...her day (who had requested the balloon) laughed and laughed!

I love those masks, and your own creation is very good. Spooktacular is how would describe the vampire. Your family looks great wearing those hats and does really get into each one. Thanks for the information on the DVD.
