Hi,

I am obviously new to the board and new to twisting. I started about 2 months ago and have become addicted. I am constantly looking for new ideas and techniques. I'm sure I will learn much here. I am also a mom with two kids ages 4 and 9. They love my new hobby and I am the cool mom(for now). I am looking forward to learning a lot from you all.

Glad to meet you!  There are lots of great people here to learn from and have fun with.  I also learned a lot from Captain Visual's Big Book of Balloon Art, and I would definitely recommend that.  (It may be out of print now, but you could possibly find it at a library.)

 Oh, and I second that book as well. Its a very good book to learn from. One of the first ones I ever bought!
