A lady called me last night and asked me to twist at her little girl's Tinkerbell themed party.
This is my first try at making a Tinkerbell.
I want to watch some tutorials so I can learn improvements.
Anyway - I hope she likes it.

The funnels do really help.
Yesterday I went to Jo Ann Fabrics and they sell lots of cake decorating stuff.
I bought some beautiful bright colored larger round sprinkles.  I'm anxious to try them to see if they work.

In Indiana we have had way more snow than I would like this year and they are threatening a "Monster Massive" Storm on the news this week. Whatever that means.
I think I'm ready to move south.
Next you should make a balloon snow plow or salt truck.

To stuff a heart into a round I do just like Jillybilly said. No special tool is required.  Some people even use the ends of their glasses.
I use the wooden end of a paint brush and stuff the heart into the round.

When making the confetti wands (putting cupcake sprinkles into clear heart or rounds) you can take a tiny funnel if you want to be neat or just carefully pour the sprinkles into the clears.  I do this over the kitchen sink with a glass measuring cup inside so that I can save what I spill.  After filling a bunch of them up I take scissors and cut the nozzles off some old large rounds to work as rubber bands or you can use actual rubber bands to group about 5 or so together at a time.  This also keeps the sprinkles loaded into the balloons.  I then put these into a baggie that I carry to keep the sprinkles from making a mess.

The Elastrator, veterinary tool, works wonders for stuffing things into balloons.  These can be purchased new off of ebay for around 10 donuts and this includes shipping.

Papa - this is kind of expensive - but I like to take wild berry, red, and purple 6 inch hearts and load them into 5 inch clear flower around and stars around rounds.  They look pretty on magic wands and top of princess crowns.  Like I said they are kind of expensive but the little girls love them and they are so simple to make.  

I was playing with my balloon stuffing tool and stuffed the first picture with red tulle and the second with cupcake sprinkles.  The cupcake sprinkles (very tiny red, pink, and white sugared balls).  The second makes a neat sound and the static makes it stick to the inside of a clear heart.
