my favorite is the Elephant by far (slight variation of an elephant I found on the forum - Thelma's I think)
Tiger and lion are variations of my cat pattern (I think the original pattern was thema's that's been changed over the years)
the poisonous frog is my basic frog pattern with a second balloon spliced in
the giraffe I found on you-tube (I added the feet and bubbles along the back of the neck)
the crocodile/alligator is on you-tube (Mr. Fudge)

I love your tiger and lion - how did you do the heads, if I may ask?

Indeed goodly work Jilly. How DO you make those heads? They look quite complicated. I must recheck Mr. Fudge's alligator, much better than the one I usually make.

I will try to explain it - I'll use the tiger because it's closest to my regular cat pattern. I use a white and another colour in this case - I have no idea the lengths I use the purple pump and inflate the white 3 pumps and the orange 6. I'm not going to go into the extras I put into it just the standard head. Play with it as you like. I think the original design that I used was thelma's but I've adjusted it to make it my own at this point.
tie the 2 balloons together at the nozzles. in the white balloon make 3 pinch twists and with the orange make 1 pinch twist (all 4 pinches should be the same size) arrange the pinch twists to make the muzzle (see picture - the orange had been coloured black with a sharpie) make 2 small loop twists with the white (these are the cheeks) with the orange make a 4 finger bubble then a slightly larger than normal pinch twist (side of head and ear). make a 1 finger bubble with the orange and a 4 finger bubble with the white and lock them together (first eye). make another 4 finger bubble with the white and lock it in with the muzzle/cheeks (second eye) make a 1 finger bubble with the orange and another larger than normal pinch twist and a 4 finger bubble (other side of head and ear) Lock this into the muzzle/cheeks
I then remove the excess and tie off the white leaving a small 1 finger bubble as a stabalizer. With the remaining orange I make a standard sitting body make 2 4 finger bubbls and lock at the head make another 4 finger bubble and a loop twist about a hand in length wedge the front feet into the loop twist - the remaining balloon is the tail
I hope that makes sense as I'm not going to have time this weekend to do a step by step picture sequence

here are pictures - they may be in a slight idfference in the order (I've done this so many times I don't always do the same order) and I made the head slightly too large so there wasn't as much balloon as I like for the body - but you'll get the idea

Those are great instructions Jilly, and I like the cat much more than any others I've seen!

the original pattern had a scrap for the eyes and another scrap for the nose, and the body was different (but I don't remember how it was done anymore)
