Orders are filled on Friday and shipped on Saturday.
All are order are filled in the order of their receipt.
If a ordered item is currently unavailable, you will be notified via email and you will have the option to:

• Wait to ship till item is available
• Ship the remaining order without the unavailable item
• Cancel order for a full refund

Balloon-animals.com ship all packages using USPS.

• Express: 1-2 Business Days
• Priority: 2-4 Business Days
• Parcel Post: 5-10 Business Days
• First Class or Air Mail (International): 10-20 Business Days

No handling fee is charged.

There is a $1 cost for package tracking confirmation.
Domestic packages can be tracked through http://www.USPS.com

The tracking confirmation costs are included into the cost of shipping.

Shipping estimates are based upon the weight of each item.

Tax is charged on invoice total which includes shipping.

Paypal
A 3% fee is charged for payemnts made through Paypal.
Paypal charges me fees to use their service. 3% +. $0.30. Instead of of increasing the price of every product by 3% plus 3% of its estimated average shipping cost , I calculate the 3% once the total of a order is available. This decreased the price of each item by about $0.15.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

The corresponding portion of Fees and Taxes will be refunded.

Shipping cost will not be refunded unless the order has not been shipped.

All returns are processed through Paypal.
